Novotel Luxembourg Centre

We loved our stay. Great location. Very central. We could walk everywhere. The room was spacious for a family of four. It was warm and clean when we got there. Very well equipped and very functional too. The bed was comfortable and so was the sofa bed. The linen was soft and spotless. The towels were fluffy, like new. The bathroom and loo were warm and very clean. The shower was great, easy to adjust the temperature, and good water pressure. There was a kettle and a coffee machine with capsules for our use. There was also an assortment of tea bags, instant coffee, and nuts. The best thing was that as we arrived early our booking was upgraded to an executive room, so had some extra treats such as bath robes and slippers, essential bath oils, and a free mini-bar! Couldn't have gone better. The breakfast was fabulous. Both full English and continental were available. Wide range of cereal, yogurt, fruit, bread, pastries, and cakes. Good choice of homemade jams and preserves. Cold cuts of meat and cheese were also available. And of course tea, coffee, and a wide range of juices - some of them freshly squeezed. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was within walking distance from Gare de.Luxembourg so it's quite convenience for us to just walk as we're traveling by train. Even the place is within walking dsiatnce to the tourist attractions so we don't need to have a hassle of getting around and having our sughtseeing. The room is very comfortable and very clean. Love the fullfy pillows and bedsheets so we reallt had a good night sleep throughout. They have a large TV screen with almost a hundred channels that we could browse through. And the Nespresso coffee machine as well as the mini bar being refilled everyday really highlighted the stay as we could have or fresh coffee in the morning and refreshers after our long walking trip through town. The best of all is the staff are very friendly and try their utmost best to provide us with great hospitality through out our stay. I had lost my glasses when I was in the premise and they managed to keep it and returned them back to me with friendly gesture which I could never repay back. There are more good things to say about Novotel but overall, my stay in Luxembourg, at Novotel especially makes me love even more with the city.

We liked the fact that hotel staff was very caring and accommodated us as we travelled with a toddler - they managed to put a cot in our room. We liked the room itself - felt quite big for us therefore enough space to "park" the stroller too. You could say the hotel is well located, but also Luxembourg is so small that most of properties feel well located.

Good location, quiet rooms, good breakfast Rooms are very good, bedside usb & mains plugs, even 1 fast wireless charger. Full satellite TV Inc. A handful of English channels. Good quality restaurant. Staff very friendly, and extremely helpful!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel and room were clean and the breakfast very good. The hotel is well positioned and very easy to get to from the airport via the bus. Luxembourg has free public transport which is fabulous and the buses are immediately outside the airport. Bus 29 or 223 were frequent and only took around 15 minutes to get to the hotel. It’s only a short walk of around 10-12 minutes to reach the centre.
